Been there 3 time so far and they always had what I needed but the courtesy at the register is horrible. No thank you no nothing 3 times in a role with a different worker each time. I'm sorry but I been a manager at a department store for 23 years and I know that a customer is king. With out them you won't have a business. I know your the only hardware in Napoleon but for me I would drive to Menards before I ever spend my money in this place ever again.
Very knowledgeable staff, polite and courteous. Its nice to shop somewhere that the employees know your name and you feel appreciated.
Was just in today trying to fix a problem with my well pump and Jeff the manager was not very friendly or helpful he kinda acted as if I was wasting his time....which the past couple days I have been treated the same way by him with this issue....not a very happy customer....I think they were a lot more helpful and friendly at the old place....
